Iphone Photo Application Part 1

Yes, as I said I would write some posts on Iphone Photo Applications.... Here they are.... All the applications i will be writing about are free ( I don't like spending on applications hehe!! )

The first one is "MoreLomo" recently  i have fallen in love with the lomography, so well i have a lot of applications on lomo effect. well this app... has a very simple interface which allows you either to take a picture or load a picture from the camera roll. These pictures look really awesome!!! they have this vignetting around the corner and the lighting is dark! so yeah i love it!!

The next one is the Ädobe Photoshop Express"noone needs an introduction on photoshop in pc.... well i suck at it... and have been trying to learn it for the last three days... yes this again gives you an option of  taking a picture or load a picture from the camera roll. This app gives you loads of options as crop, flip, rotate, brightness, contrast, sharpen and loads more.... The interesting ones are the effects, my fav ones are the rainbow, vignette blur and white glow.

The third one is "PhotoWizard-lite" this one is pretty awesome!!! again the same options of the pictures but the filters and the effects are brilliant. I have to name a few nice ones Hue/ saturation works pretty awesome for a mobile app... ( ofcourse its iphone so I shouldnt be comparing it with any regular phone but still!!!) You can literally change the colour really good! I ll show you the original and the edited pictures below! This has even got a histogram aswell as colour balance!!!
Now going to the effects, the thermal camera!!! generally the apps give you just a slider for the heat map! this one gives you 3 types of heat map which can be adjusted! one is the general heat map you find in the softwares, 2nd one is brown tinted one which gives a old photo look and finally one with a purple.brown tint one which gives you a classic retro look....Wow! and theres a dreamy effect which gives a nice glow, neon which outlines the picture with a neon glow and you can change the hue aswell as the amount of neon! and there photobook, gray scale and a bunch more!!! and last but not the least you can actually mask parts of pictures to change just the parts of it... just like the real photoshop with layers!!! I am definitely impressed just with the Lite version...

The fourth one is the dash of colour.... which converts you picture into gray scale so you can colour just the parts which you need... This one i think i wouldnt mind if i had a stylus to do due to the fact that your fingers are not as pointy for the corners to get the colour. so yeah its nice but you gotta maybe practice a bit!

The last one for this post is the "Retro Camera Lite"... To start off with yeah it has the same options about the picture, there s crop, rotate, size and position. here comes the best part... this app is deff for people who like vintage and retro effects in a picture.... First the "film type" this one has a big bunch of the film types.. gray, B&W, blue tint, green tint, vintage look you name it you have it.... and it really gives you a feel too!!! and then you have contrast, grain noise, texture where you can choose the feel of the texture, its colour and the ratio... this would give a very good dark effect for the pic.... Last but not the least the frame.... you have a wide range of frames available... frames from Polaroid looking to 35 mm roll feel to stained expired film look. All in all this is one of the app i really love as well!!! The only thing in this is since its Lite version there s a watermark at the bottom of the picture which you can ofcourse crop it out ;-)
so this is all the apps for this post..... rest soon follows and
